3. How do I renew my Premium SNN?
Your account will auto-renew.

4.     How do I cancel my Premium SNN?
1.     Login into your account.
2.     On the home page, click “My Membership” next to the news gallery.
3.     Under “My Memberships,” click “Cancel” and follow the steps. Note: there are no refunds. Please read below.

BILLING

6. Can I get a refund?
As with most subscriptions, we do not give refunds. If you decide to use our Service(s), you will be billed for your chosen plan (month to month or annual). There are no refunds or credits for partial months of Service(s), upgrades or downgrades, or months unused with an open account.

7.     How do I update my credit card information?
1.     Login into your account.
2.     On the home page, click “My Membership” next to the news gallery.
3.     Click the “Update Billing Info” link

8. I’m signed in – why am I not Premium SNN?
Please make sure your billing information is up to date.

9. Can I share my account?
No, sorry.

10. Forgot my PW – How do I log in?
Try login in and if it errors, click the “Lost your password?” link. or click here!

11. I keep getting billed after canceling…why?
