JUNE 4-14 is the window…for the 3 Day IBSA (International BodySurfing Association) Bodysurfing World Tour (BWT) Finals. Minimum 3 days to score and complete the comp.
SNN forecast from June 1-15… we will have 4 significant SSW’ers to grace our Leeward coast…the 1st filled in on June 1st with a peak of 4′ (isolated 5′)….the 2nd fills Thursday-Friday reaching 4′ (Light Variables lead to midday seabreezes). The last 2 SSW’s are special: Sunday fills in slowly with long periods reaching advisory levels of 4-6′ (10′ faces) in the afternoon lasting into Monday and fading more Tuesday. Trades will have returned conditions to more classic side offshores. The contest directors likely to grab as much of this one as possible. The biggest swell of the year falls on the last day of the holding period Friday the 14th…Surf will be above HSA thresholds reaching 4-7′ at focal reefs with some spots we don’t mention potentially reaching 8′! INSANE run. Timing could not be better. Don’t miss it! Mahalo Mother Nature. Mahalo Pt Panic. See competitors list and live stream etc. below. SNN
