I can’t seem to find the classic chart like what used to be on the NOAA site. Once in a while it pops up but it doesn’t seem like it is on this site regularly. It was easier to read and simplified. Am I just missing it? -

Aloha! please check and support bill SB3228 that would allow for tow-in surfing not only on Hish Surfing Warning levels, allowing for safe practice in smaller surf as well. Please write a testimony!

Is there a guide somewhere as to how to read the report charts? I’m trying to figure it out and have some questions:
1. What does it mean when the day, like Thursday, is in red when the other days are in black?
2. What does the first line mean where it says rising, holding or dropping?
3. What is primary and secondary and how do they relate to…[Read more]-
1..If any days are in Red Arrows it is to Hi-lite a New or Rising Swell.
